We wrote these tunes at a time when we didn't know if gigs would ever be possible again. Initially, we sent voicenotes back and forth to each other, to lift our spirits. We built little soundbooths in the cupboards of our respective flats in Glasgow's Southside, and wrote this album together remotely.
We wrote and arranged the tunes, DIY recorded almost all of the parts ourselves in lockdown and produced it ourselves. A voyage of self discovery, but most of all, of friendship.
WAVES gave us comfort when we needed it and we hope it can do that for you now.
